Once you have acquired the land, the establishment and development can begin. In most cases the entire (or at least part of) the ranch will have to be fenced in, unless the ranch forms part of a large conservation area.
Fencing height and type will depend on the species of game to be introduced, as well as the requirements of the local conservation authorities. If big game is to be involved, the fence would need to be electrified.
Additional precautions would be needed for large predators e.g. lion, leopard, cheetah and hyena.
